Popular Designs - Motor Cases
The Big Deal dual 1 ton/2 ton motor cases are designed and built to withstand the extreme rigors of repeated transport. The standard Big Deal motor case, is constructed of 3/4" - 13 ply Baltic Birch. All joints are glued, nailed, and screwed. All corners are radiused to maintain a safe edge. Inserts are available to accommodate 1/4 ton and/or 1/2 ton motors.

Popular Designs - Coffins
The Big Deal half and full coffins are very popular with our customers in the entertainment industry. Typically they are used for storing cable and assorted loose items associated with a production. They are designed and manufactured to withstand the extreme rigors of repeated transport. The standard Big Deal Coffins constructed of 3/4" - 13 ply Baltic Birch. All joints are glued, nailed, and screwed. All corners are radiused to maintain a safe edge. Custom inserts such as trays and dividers are available as required. These cases are manufactured with 1/4" aluminum plate reinforcing the lid to accommodate a number of cases stacked upon one another. All surfaces are smooth filled and sanded for safe handling and aesthetic quality. The Big Deal Coffins are coated with two layers of black acrylic latex elastomer and one coat of an acrylic latex semi-gloss exterior finish.
